Olivia Ninety-One is named for the street we do business on, a family history of Olivias, and a feeling we wanted to bottle.
The name Olivia Ninety-One comes from the street we do business on — Ninety-One — and a family line of Olivias whose warmth and hospitality we grew up around. Together they form something we wanted to bottle: a feeling of being welcomed, fed well, and looked after like family.
By day, Olivia 91 is rooted in food, hospitality, and conversation. By night, the room shifts, the lights soften, the music rises, and the experience becomes something you want to stay for.
From the first plate to the final pour, every detail is designed with care — the menu, the mocktails, the energy, the service, and the feeling guests carry with them when they leave.
What a lounge actually is
A lounge is a relaxed social atmosphere — comfortable seating, music curated to sit under conversation rather than over it, and a full kitchen behind it. It's where people come to sit, talk, eat, network, and socialize. Upscale and intimate by design.
Olivia 91 is a restaurant and lounge. We are not a nightclub. No dance-floor-first energy, no velvet-rope theater — just a beautiful room, a great meal, and an evening worth staying for.
