Olivia 91 is named for a year, a person, and a feeling we wanted to bottle: the kind of evening that turns into morning before you notice.
We opened Olivia 91 with a simple idea: build the kind of room you don't want to leave. A restaurant that takes dinner seriously, with a lounge attached that takes the rest of the night just as seriously.
Our kitchen leans seasonal and unfussy — dry-aged cuts, the day's best fish, vegetables that taste like the place they came from. Our bar is built around the long pour: classic cocktails done properly, a champagne list worth dressing up for, and a single signature drink we'll never take off the menu.
After the kitchen winds down, the lights dim, the music turns up, and the room shifts. Resident DJs Thursday through Saturday. Low booths, candlelight, and the kind of crowd that knows last call is a suggestion.
